DIGITAL PRODUCER – ABC CANBERRA
In this role I find, write, and produce articles for ABC online. The job requires editorial judgement, both in pitching stories for production and keeping the ACT bulletin up to date with the latest stories from around the world.
November 2020 - Present
NEWS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - ABC CANBERRA
I assist the Producer by collating stories from around the country and loading them into an autocue for the 7pm bulletin on Canberra ABC news. I also ensure stories are correctly timed, accurate, and consistent.

JOURNALISM DELEGATE – AUSTRALIAN CRISIS SIMULATION SUMMIT
I was one of three students selected to run the live news feed for a crisis summit, under a Chief of Staff and Producer. This simulation demanded that I work within a team in an extremely fast-paced environment. I took initiative to find stories, as well as writing those assigned to me.

NEWSROOM INTERN – ABC CANBERRA
I spent two weeks working full time as an intern. I shadowed and learned from experienced journalists, and wrote stories for radio and television.
